  • Bankruptcy Notices: We assist clients in commencing bankruptcy proceedings which starts with preparing, filing and serving a Bankruptcy Notice.
  • Creditor’s Petitions: If an individual has committed an act of bankruptcy, the next stage is preparing and issuing a Creditor’s Petition in the relevant jurisdiction to seek an order from that the Court declaring the individual bankrupt.
  • Creditor’s Statutory Demand: We assist clients in commencing wind up proceedings which starts with preparing and serving a Creditor’s Statutory Demand on the debtor company.
  • Winding Up Proceedings: If a company has committed an act of insolvency, the next stage is preparing and issuing proceedings in the relevant jurisdiction to seek an order from the Court declaring the company insolvent.
  • Town Agent Appearances: We can appear on behalf of interstate agents in the Supreme Court of Victoria and in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia for Wind Ups and Bankruptcy.
  • Advice: We assist clients in providing advice if they are faced with the possibility of bankruptcy or insolvency.
